Skywalker and Me

Skywlker is the main character of the Star Wars movies. What he is doing at Bindu world and in Bindu blogs, you may wonder. Actually I am not a fan of Star Wars at all. My kiddoo and hubby love the Star Wars movie. My daughter even has a light saber, which she won't give to any one.

I love to have a dog. But, since we live in a small space and dog will be a big responsibility, hubby doesn't like the idea. Also, I he thinks that I won't take the dog for walking in colder Canadian winter days and he will end up taking care of the dog. So I am pretty sure I won't get a dog soon. But that does not prevent me and kiddoo having conversations about the future pet. She wants to know what I am going to name the dog. I told her I like to call him Skywalker. She is very much amused and wants to know why. I told her, I can talk to dog "Skywalker, sit, Skywalker come here....like that. It will be funny to call a dog Skywalker anyway. Anyway, she laughted it off as one of her moms silly ideas...

And, my hubby happened to be at the Walmart on this Valentines day and decided to buy me a small doll.

Here he is...

Mind you, we don't seriously celebrate Valentines day with gifts and dinner. So when he came home with a dog (doll) and said this is for you, I was really surprised. The thing is, I really love this one and like to keep near me most of the time. Now,I have my Skywalker with me....
