Citrus cup from orange peel

by Bindu 18. June 2011 01:11

I was going through the book, "Crafting with Kids" by Jennifer Casa.

Crafting with kids

The project Snowy Citrus Cups caught my eyes. I wanted to try the citrus cups for ice-cream. While I was cutting the orange, I was able to take out all the orange flesh without much problem. It is actually easy. Then remove whatever white string like things in the orange "cup". Just pop in the freezer. After few hours, you get a sturdy small orange bowl!!!I served ice-cream in the orange cup. She was so thrilled.

Since the orange peel is just garbage and saving myself from washing one more serving bowl, I am so happy about the citrus bowls.

This is a very interesting post, I came across it searching through Bing. I believe majority of people will agree with your views. Finally - a person with common sense!
PS I quite like the template you are using - where did you find it?

Sometimes I find blogs through the comments that other people leaves on those blogs and so it adds to it just to show different styles and ideas. I have chosen this particular website because It provides help for people to make them feel confident on the internet, to know they are welcome to join the chat and give their opinions. Thank you!
