A new Year...

The holidays are over. I haven't yet posted anything in Bindu Blogs. I was not adding anything to the Bindu Designs list either. I was just being busy with the everyday life. The not so crafty daily life... But, I am not forgetting the silly greetings cards I was making. I send them to all people whom I can think of.

Then there was the magical Christmas experience of my life. We went to Strathroy, a small town in Ontario. There we visited our special family. We spent two days there and it was so fun. The most memorable thing was me falling down, not once, but twice on the same day!!!!They got the record snow this year. There was still a lot of snow on the ground. But I fell down on the stairs and slipped to the bottom while I was seriously talking to my kiddu and to make matters worse, I fell on top of her. Every one was keep on asking me, Bindu Anty, are you OK..my kiddu was complaining mom fell on me and no one bothers to ask about me... Then we went to see the park. There was a Santa arrangement and people were taking pictures. When there was a moment, no one was around, I went to see it close, and there I went to kiss the floor again. I was just kneeling down at Santa....A good thing to laugh though.

I made a set of crocheted wash cloths last week, using the pattern from the crochet dude's website.The sunny yellow of the yarn makes me happy.

I made 4 of them. At first the pattern seemed a little complicated. But they start with granny square and just added petals in two layers. Not complicated at all.But they are really nice to see. I am beginning to think of making some jewelry. Hope to add more items to my shop and to my design collection. Wishing you a happy and fun filled crafty new year!!!!
