Crochet Afghan: Work In Progress

by Bindu 12. January 2010 22:24

Todays Bindu blogs is about the new crocheting project, the  afghan I started a  few weeks before. This is going to be mine. I am trying to use as much colors as possible in this one.

I use the shells made up of 5 double crochet to make this pattern. By using different colors in a random way, my yarn stash can be used up. Mainly the acrylic yarns are used for this project. The random colors is the beauty of the project. It can take some time to finish up, because I happened to see some flower motifs to stitch on my sweaters and T shirts. Here is another picture of my work in progress crochet afghan. Hope you enjoy!

See the width...It has to go a long way to get finished. We will show the progress of this crochet afghan through the Bindu Blogs.
