Baby Blanket

I am going crazy over the granny squares recently. I came to an easy design. Aren't they cute?

With pink in the centre, white and blue around in next rounds...they are adorable to me.

I made chain 4 with pink and joined with slip stitch. then made chain3and 2 dc. then ch2,3dc and voila one corner is made.Repeat the chain2,3dc,chain2, 3dc 3 more times and join with slip stitch. To secure the yarn I did slipstitch over to the corner and cut the yarn. Now added the White and repeated the pattern of 2dc, 2chain to make all four corners.

Now I have added the blue yarn and did2dc,2chain,3dc,2chain. One corner is done right? Now chain2 and do 3 dc on the ch2space then repeat for other 3 sides. Wow, my granny square is done. it may take about 5 minutes to finish one. I am planning to join the squares with white yarn. Then I will think about adding a border. This is going to be asmall blanket.I like these shades very very much!!
